Wagner 905 1,500-Watt On-Demand Power Steamer and Cleaner

Rating: 5 out of 5
  • Currently 5.0/5.0

There are a number of reasons I was drawn to this steamer: I hate wallpaper and my new house was covered in it, I love my cat but do not love the little stains he leaves everywhere, and I really hate cleaning the tile grout in the shower. This one little machine does all of that and is totally portable.

Once filling the water it takes 10 minutes or so to heat to a proper temperature for steaming, but that is hardly a big deal because once ready it steams for 45 minutes to an hour. I have used it on my shower, my furniture, my carpet, my stove, my sinks, and my linoleum floors. There is nothing this little guy can't clean. While it does not require the use of cleaning products, I have found that using them does speed up the process a bit if I am in a rush.

I think that of all the things I have loved using this steamer on, the most convenient use of it is to clean tile grout. I absolutely hate scrubbing in between every single tile, and afterward realizing that I missed a spot, after my arm is killing me from scrubbing. They never get fully clean. I passed over the tiles a few times with this little steamer and the grout looked brand new. It has never been so white. And it is so nice to have a clean shower without my arm hurting for the next 2 days.

The coolest thing I have used it for is to remove wallpaper. I despise wallpaper and what an easy process it was to remove it. It came off in almost full sheets with very little scraping required. I actually offered to take down my friends' wallpaper in their homes after doing mine because it was so easy.

I have no complaints about this great little steamer. The price was right, much less than some other compact models, but I feel like the quality could not possibly be any better. I have gifted a couple of these little steamers to friends and family because I cannot imagine a better, more convenient cleaning system, or being without one.
