The best thing about the Schwinn exercise bike is the comfortable seat with back support. I have tried other bikes without back support and find that it can be very hard on both the upper and lower back. This bike enables you to lean back comfortably rather than straining to sit straight upright in an uncomfortable position. A great way to make the most out of your work out is to park the bike in front of the television set in the afternoon or the evening and enjoy your favorite show. A long work out on this smooth bike can really fly by when you are enjoying your favorite program in the afternoon or a great movie with the family in the evening. I would recommend this item to anyone in the market for a quiet, smooth and effective way to work out. You can burn maximum calories while still indulging in couch potato habits, with out actually being a couch potato, like watching television. The price is decent and set up is simple. This is a fantastic chose when shopping for an exercise bike.
