This model requires assembly, but overall it is not particularly difficult.
It comes with the Hoover Owner's Manual and a "Quick Start Guide", both well written and easy to understand.
The vacuum has a strong 12 amp motor, Embedded DirtFINDER feature (with a visual "red light, green light" indicator) and a carpet height adjustment lever that will vary from bare floors at the lowest setting to a deep- pile carpet at its highest setting. It holds a variety of cleaning tools inside the handle, has a long, stretchable hose and an extra long power cord and a secure grip carry handle on the backside.
Hoover went all out by putting a three filter cleaning system in place, starting with the twin chamber Dirt Cup. The Dirt Cup contains a "Pre Filter" screen to catch larger pieces of dirt before it travels to the Hepa Cartridge Filter. This second filter, the Hepa Cartridge, catches the small, finite dust particles that pass thru the Pre Filter. The third filter, appropriately named, the "Final Filter", helps remove remaining particles before returning the air out to the room. This is a significant asset for households with pets or allergy problems.
This Hoover Bagless has a practical design and a sturdy build. It is easy to use, carry and clean and best of all, compared to other vacuums with the same number of features, this was by far a better value for my money.
