This air compressor has a 4-gallon tank and is the "Twin Stack" design; it has two, 2-gallon tanks, stacked on top of each other. It runs on 120Volts AC, and 14 Amps. The engine is a two-pole induction with direct drive motor, and has 3400 RPM's.
It rolls and moves easily, the gauges are easy to see and it has a manual bleed off valve. The power cord is ample in length and over all, this is a solid, well-built compressor. Because it is a smaller size tank, this is good for basic at home, work in the garage, type activities; Small jobs, basic air tools, airing up tires and things of that nature. I can say from experience that it is capable of running a paint gun to apply primer to a small car, without the motor burning out.
It is made by (Black and Decker) DeWalt, has a basic, functional design and is easy to use. Reliability is excellent, as well as, its durability. This comes with a limited manufacturer warranty on parts and repair.
The price is average to slightly higher when compared to other brands with similar features.
