I bought the Bebesounds TV900 2C portable video and sound monitor when my first daughter was born three years ago. There was no better comfort than being able to hear and see my baby when she was in a different room. Hearing her breath was always so reassuring and being able to see her made me feel relaxed. As a mother you are always worried about whether or not your infant has kicked off her blankets leaving her cold and uncomfortable or has pulled her covers up over her face leaving her too hot and stuffy. With this monitor you can see everything your baby is doing whether she is sleeping or awake and playing. The picture quality is very good on the monitor although the screen is quite small. I wish it was a little larger so the picture would be easier to make out. In order to see the picture I have to hold the monitor about two inches from my face. It's not that big of a deal but still a little annoying. Even though my daughter is now three years old, I still have a camera in her room as she is now in the stage where she likes to sneak out of bed to read her books when she is suppose to be sleeping. My second daughter will be arriving shortly so the second camera will be put in her room so I can keep as close of an eye on her as I did with my first daughter. I definitely recommend this item to all parents who want to keep a close eye on there infants and little ones. Although it is one of the more expensive monitors, it is well worth the money as there is nothing better and more relaxing than to be able to hear and see your sleeping baby is safe and sound.
