Step inside liquid dreams and fantasies right out of Jules Verne's "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" when you purchases this sleek, stunning aquarium design from Aquavision, designers for unique aquariums and accessories for over 20 years. The company works with architects and designers to create spectacular structural showpieces, as well as offering high-quality maintenance, filtration services, and marine-life customizations.
At a list price of $1,429.99, the Aquavision 45-gallon Double Dome Aquarium is the perfect decor to add to the family room, living room or kitchen. When you look through the dual portal windows, studying beautiful marine life, you will think you are on board a black submarine, peering into the depths. The wild futuristic design of the Aqua Vision Double Dome includes your choice of two 20-inch flat or domed windows, set in a sleek five-foot black base that internally houses the high capacity filter, lighting, and air pump and holds up to 45 gallons of fresh water.
This breathtaking stand-alone marine display offers a beautiful view of tropical delights from either side you look from, and is made from solid acrylic, guaranteeing long life and durability. The three-stage filtration and aerator system comprised of mechanical, biological and chemical filtration takes in freshwater, filters and send it out again through air bubbles, keeping the water recycled and constantly fresh and clean, doing away with the need for frequent draining. The Aquavision Double Dome is designed to satisfy the increasing demand from consumers for a self-contained aquarium system.
The Aquavision Double Dome includes a high capacity filter, scenic lighting, extension cord, decorative plants, under gravel filtration and air pump. Optional accessories include a deluxe decor mix of rock and plants that your fish will simply love.
This aquarium is amazing. We actually have seen this particular model in a restaurant we frequent, and we can't get over the way it looks, and how it adds an almost-ethereal mood to a dimly-lit room. Since the aquarium base is completely black, the effect is stunning. It looks as if there is nothing there but a floating circle of water! The double-dome option is probably the better feature to have, even if it is about $100 more than the flat-window version. It is also very easy to manage. The entire filtration system is contained below the glass, making it very easy to make all necessary changes to the water without harming any of the sea-life.
