I've got some considerations for this:1. Wouldn't it be a good idea to use a IPSec instead of standard TCP/IP protocol? 2. There were not all advantages discussed in this RFC: I think, specially in Areas with bad infrastructures this kind of Transmission might be easy to install and usable without much technical backbone.3. There a is need of specification for the "scroll of paper". I Suggest to use a very thin and light Paper with normed size, so the scanning process might be standardized.4. referring to 3. the use of Microfilm should be suggested to max out the Bandwith. It will increase the technical affordness, anyway, so a balance between easyness and Data-Rates should be discussed closer.5. The carriers can only provide half-duplex transmissions, because they fly to their home from a given startpoint. This means that twice the carriers is needet and transmission will be stopped if one of the transmitters runs out of Avian Carriers. For WAN's, espacially those from north to south the use of trainbirds might be considered to establish a full-duplex transmission.
