I'd like to see more discussion about the benefits and drawbacks of using TFTP/UDP versus FTP/TCP, since this is such a common question. The "Summary" section claims the RFC includes "the reasons behind some of the design decisions", and more about the original need that lead to this invention would be educational. My suggestion is to help the reader understand better when this protocol would be appropriate and inappropriate to use.
