The RFC should also address the word "can" and "might," particularly in contrast to "may." "Might" should be deprecated (shall not be used).The distinction between "may" (is allowable to) and "can" (is able to) carry a distinction that can be important. This is especially true in higher-level, more heuristic requirements and guidelines.
