Hi,According this rfc (2822) - zone MUST be within the range -9959 through +9959.When Date header contains invalid hour value in time zone string "+####" or "-####", date is still considered valid.For ex: +2459 is valid time zone.When we are validating minute (00 to 59), we can also validate hour (00 to 23).Best Regards,Chary
