Milkshake definately means playing baseball with Kelis' mom...I mean think about it, read the lyrics..."Damn right, its better then yours"...I mean honestly..its totally obvious.. Alright put it this was... phAnOFphIsh07: so in my dream i went up stairs in to my kitchen and looked at the time on the oven and the digits said 2:00 (am i geuss cuz it was pitch black out) and when i was looking at the time the digits on the clocked all of a sudden said "go to hell" and i looked up and out my kitchen window and there was a hovering nun with the most evil green eyes staring at me screaming high pitched. Then she looked away from me and floated real fast through my yard to where the door from the outside goes into the kitchen. So i sprinted to lock the door but before i could it was blown open and i fell on my back and looked up and she stared at me again with her evil eyes and started to scream again.

i was reading and someone asked her what "milkshake" ment and she responded with "Milkshake" is just that thing that makes a woman stand out from everyone else. It's a thing that makes you sensual and warm and maternal. It could be about breasts but I don't have huge t*** so you gotta work with what you got.

'Milkshake' truly refers to that stuff that some females ejaculate or squirt out of their vaginas when they are very highly sexually aroused. Just like male semen, it is cream in color. Milkshake is basicly milk that is creamed, by air. Just like Kelis states: "Damn right it's better then yours" and "What the guys go crazy..for" and "The thing that makes me" and "the perfect blend" and "plus what you have within" it's the cream of a woman or what boys/men like in a woman. There many rumors but none of them have to do with sex. Many children like this song and sing along with it when it comes on believe me I hear every girl singing along with it when it comes on. i would go with what she said in her interview. The song is very popular so I do not think it would be sexual at all! If it was it would warn children and all that on V and the radio before they put it on.
