how do you remove a labre piercing??i can not get the ball off

You must have a pair of special plier type things.

i used to have my labret and the first time takin it off was really hard... just keep tryin and u'll get it... the ball comes off, so just hold the flat part inside really still and twist the ball to ur left... just remember, lefty loosy, righty tighty

use latex gloves it helps it stay in place on both ends.

i wish id never had my madoona done the ball is done up so tight and the jewellry is 2 small! i thinkill take it out !

hahaha random ayeee. i do it so easy.... i just put the labret between my top and botton teeth and unscrew to the left :)

Just hold the backing between your teeth lightly and twist.  It sounds bad but I have had mine for 7 years and that is the easiest way.  Remember not to take it out for about a month after getting it done and if you do only use dial soap.  Everything else is to harsh and invites infections.  Good luck and remember to switch between a hoop and barbell every other month for a week or so or your gums will recede in most cases.

I bite the inside of the stud with my teeth to keep if from spinning, and also remember lefty loosy, righty tighty is backwords becuase you are not looking at your face;)
