Who really painted the works of art that Col.Potter was famous for on the show?

It was rumored that possibly RADAR (Gary Burghoff) had done them, because he is an accomplished painter.  I have just learned that Kelley Nakahara (spelling?) Nurse Kelley, is also an accomplished painter - and may have done some as well - but the truth is not published anywhere, and it is generally believed that random local artists were used to paint the various pictures - on an as needed basis. - Not much help, and I wish it had actually been Harry Morgan.
