I think it may be the canine PARVOVIRUS or parvo.  This is a very serious condition.  Get your dog to a vet immidiately.  Or and emergency clinic.  It may be parvo, and if it is and she had it for a week already, she may die in the next few hours.  Look up canine parvovirus information on the internet.  Get her/him to a vet hospital ASAP!  Im not positive it is parvo, but just to be safe I would recommend taking her to a vet NOW, just in case.
