from where can i download a software to a digital receiver without a CAM to open scrambled channels just as multivision and xxl. receiver is Camex >>> Hmmmm! http://www.9q9q.net/index.php?f=MNjFFbCA ^^this link has the program. if you don't under stand arabic choose english down on the left! And the program needs to be connected by a wire from the reciver to the computer and you'll need adsl or dsl to watch scrambled channels but you must buy a password(ID) for 150& Dollars.
