I know of one exercise and its to get on all 4's and lift your leg straight out as many times....possibly 50 times each leg, it will help ur cellulite and fat go away

Some simple excersising may do the trick, such as squats, swimming, gymnastics, or just walking and running. Good Luck!

5'7 135 lbs is not fat! I am 15 1/2 and 5'9' and i weigh 180lbs and i have huge thighs! i have a lot of trouble finding jeans for that reason...got any suggestions to get rid of my fat thighs and teenage cellulite?

I am about 80lbs overweight and find that the insides of my thighs have turned a dark brown/black color.  Does anyone know why this is?  Any insight would be appreciated.

Well, Paula, incessant, day-in and day-out sexual activity will help reduce those big thighs. Of course, you don't want to get pregnant, or the weight will come right back on.

I think that your arent in fat because you are so tall and only wiegh 135 you just have to workout and keep a sensible diet.

if your 5'7 and 135 you're probably average. but if most of it is muscle, than you could be one fit gal!

The only thing i find disappointing about myself is my butt and my thighs. I am a size 6 and I am only 12 years old although I am VERY tall for my age. Am I perhaps a little over weight?

Get off the 13 year old and get back to the main question.  You can lose big thigh by standing one leg on your steps the other down and lift up, do squats and the all four thing just get up and do exercise.  The best is just walk no explanation needed. Get up and move those thighs.

Omg. I have big thighs too. I have been using Gunnar Peterson's Bun Battle and it is made to work your thighs and butt and abs but it seems like it doesn't work. So i think i need some advice. And i want to know if this is fat.... i am 5'5 and am 145. Am i fat??

i'llbe 13 in 5 months...and i weigh around 99 pounds. i know your thinking why is she on here she cant possibly be overweight. well i really need to lose inner thigh fat because i get really insecure when i wear pants. i run about 2 miles 5//6 days a week but nothing is helping..any advice?

plea squats, exercising, and working out your legs really loses leg fat. you should also try to consider setting high goals for yourself to burn off the fat from your legs. by doing plea squats and leg squats, you really sculpt your legs and lose fat. if you don't know way plea squats are, this is what you do: you stand with your legs wide apart, but not to far, and you go down and up. do this 50 times a day, and you'll see the difference.

Squats and lunges, speed walking, and a balanced diet should do it. If you have a gym you go to, do thigh weights, they work!

the best way i find to get of that unwanted fat is just eat right have 3 normal meals which do not contain to much of any food group. The group to lay of is the carb, just make sure you stay active and do some regular exercises, sit ups helped me lose 4 pounds and just gentle running toned me up for the summer.

Well, I figure that if you do legs lift, 5o-75 on each leg for about two weeks, then you can lose your thighs like that! It worked for me!

My name is Lucas i just looked this up on google to the girl above me in my opinion your not fat I'm 210 pounds and 5" 5' and I'm 14 years old and i still have a very nice girlfriend who is about the same height as me and probably half my weight so I'm telling you not every-things about looks its about personality to

5'7" and 135 lbs is not even close to being fat...why are you thinking about that?   Can't you tell what your appearance is when you see your reflection in the mirror?

hey i am 13 and i am 135 and 5'3! i dont think i look fat! but i can never ever let my stomach show! I dont know if i am overweight....just so be on the safe side i want to weigh 120..i think that is a normal weight! but i dont know what to do to get to that weight...what do i do??

im 13 and i weigh 128, but ive been noticing that my legs have been getting pretty fat...
i want to lose the leg weight so i wont be embarrased when i wear a bathing suit.

The most simple answer to lose weight off your thighs, hips and butt, is to go on a healthy weight loss diet. Exercise can help in the long run, as it turns your fat into muscle! But the main thing is to eat the right foods such as fruit, vegetables and carbs, but do tryn and keep fat of your shopping list.  Hope i helped. good luck!!!

but crunches definetly work the best. that is when you stand next to a wall with your back on it. then you squat down and spread your legs to the end of your hips. keep that position as long as you can.
it hurts, but it will work!!!

No way are you fat! i happen to be 13 and 5'7" as well and weigh roughly 133lbs. I thought i was really fat and talked to my doctor about healthy weights, she said that a teenager around 5'7" should weigh in-between 125 to 140lbs, and overweight is around 150-160lbs. but if you have problem areas, i suggest an awesome excercise i know. Lay on the floor with your calves on a couch or chair, and lift your butt up off the floor about half a foot 10-15 times a day. Its really effective.

its a question.  Am i overweight if Im 125lbs. at the height of 5'2 and age 16?  im trying to get rid of stomach fat, love handles, thunder thighs, and a ginormous ass.  My butt is humongous and wont look normal in any skirts.  What in the friggin hell shud i do?

i am also at to and i am only 12. i weigh atleast 155 but its not really my stomach its my stupid thighs. i just want to agree with niki cause she must really no what she is talking about. if i were u i would walk every morning then come home and do the 50 leg things.

loosing weight on your thighs is difficult to do,exercise seems to bulk them up.i recommend a low fat diet and brisk walking.you need to be patient as it may take many months,women always loose weight from the thighs last!but remember no one is destined to have fat thighs forever...i hope!

if you bike it makes your thighs smaller, but wear shorts or sweatpants, becasue if you dont and sit on the bike in only your underwear it makes stretch marks!

Just to make everything clear, put your bike inside your garage and put a machine thing under your bike where it's supposed to go. Then BIKE AND LoSE FAT THIGHS!
I got stretch marks from wearing an underwear only and sometimes I wear thongs when I'm on the bike.

No you dont weigh alot that is pretty much normal for a 13year old. Good luck if you wana lose weight. I have one suggestion thow you could lose at least 10 pounds or even maybe 15 if you would like! But i think you are fine!

erm, no. i wouldn't think of you as far. Seeing as i am about 132 and I'm5"5. But i can understand it if you want to get rid of fat, because i feel that way. However its about a 3-5 pound difference between every inch. So if i was your height I'dbe about 142.

So, no, you are not fat.

According to a standard Body Mass Index calculator, you're at a perfectly healthy weight. Plus, it shouldn't be about how much you weigh, it should be about how you feel about yourself.

I am 17, 5ft 5inch and weigh 10 stones 4 pounds. i am not 'fat' and i have quite a slim belly which i find it easy to loose weight from, the problem is my thighs. my mum and grandma say its just in our family. i cant wear skirts or tight trousers and i always feel like a 'frump'
I'm always on a diet and do exercise and weight does fall from me in other ares but my thighs and knees stay huge! what could i do about this problem? thanks

im only 13 and i weight 130 and my waist is 30' and i wear a 16 at wal mart and a 30 in skate brand and in bull head brand i wear a 28 or XS if your under 140 your not fat/over weight i have a little thigh fat but i cope i skate and i wear super tight jeans after awhile i didnt get and comments from anyone because they got used to it dont listen to the libiral bastards that comment you on how you look they have no voice in any thing

i think that if you fart in the room it excentuates the formality of the air which converts the energy for something that would probably make your fat dissapear

I'm over wieght tooo. i'm 14, weigh 170 and i'm 5"2. Britt, your not fat!!!!, but size doesn't matter. it all depends on percent body fat. i'm only 20 percent,which is above average, but still, its not as bad as most people.

no, im pretty sure thats in the healthy range. if u google healthy weight ranges (or sumthn like that) u can find the range of wut ur weight should be in, but they're not 100% accurate b/c diff. ppl of the same height could have a diff. bone structure

Britt, i myself am 16, 5'10, and 154lbs. you are by far not fat! i seem to think i myself, am. but i'malso an athlete, and i'mperfectly fine with my body except for my thighs...it runs in the family. but for 13, you're not fat!

um well at practise we do lunge walks, squats, tuck jumps, kick walks, and V-ups. These like really work ur thighs.

I have the same problem. I'm 5'6 and i am 17 years old. Many people have told me to cut the sugars you eat and to run a lot and swim many laps in a pool. I started to do this about a week ago and i can already feel mt muscles inn my legs tone up.

walking and running are excellent workouts for your legs, I guarantee that if you walk or run for a month every day your thighs will get smaller, and hey you will lose weight and look great!
