first 30 bytes are header info.
17+16 location character in combination is x resolution and 19+18th location is y coordinate
at 27th or 28th location bits per pixel is stored

*Note 17+16 means higher byte at 17th position and lower byte at 16th
using x86 registers u can store full x and y coordinate.
