I'm wondering if Cannon mentions anything about the date 12-21-2012. I realize, in reading this FAQ, that specific dates are virtually impossible to predict with perfect accuracy. But this is the last date of the Mayan calendar, and many people, including some very well respected new-age types (Terrence McKenna, Peter Russell, etc.), believe that this date is carved in stone as a major turning point in human civilization. What do you think?

NO ONE CAN SET A DATE,EVEN JESUS HIMSELF DID NOT KNOW THE DATE OR HOUR. ALSO NOSTRADAMUS SET THE DATE ON THE SEVENTH MONTH(BY THE WAY THE 7TH MONTH IS NOVEMBER AND NOT JULY BECAUSE THE FIRST MONTH ON THE JEWISH CALANDER IS ABIB,APRIL)AND NOSTRADAMUS WAS WRONG.

I believe the Mayan calendar date to be correct for the time period and calendaring period as we know it. It doesn't mean that's when the world ends, that's just when a new system will be ushered into Maya, forcefully or otherwise.
