I just purchased a Black female Lab,  I have fallen in love with her already, as she is a very loving dog.  My problem is that the previous owners cannot find her papers.  My male Yellow Lab has papers, and i would like to register the pups,   Is there any way I can do this?

You can register your litter with CKC but, your value will not be as high.  You might want to go onto AKC.org and ask them if there is a way to get a copy of the papers and if so what do you have to do to get them?  They might be able to help by the breeder.  But, worst case you register CKC.  My female lab is dual registered she is AKC/CKC and I can do UKC but, no need she never goes over seas.  My male is AKC.  My puppies are AKC only.  Didn't want the extra exspense.  Good luck and have fun.  I have a blast and was told that my puppy kits were a hit no one else does it so I got 5 stars!!!!!
