Man, listen, this is how he got rich and its based on facts no some fiction: 1. he had a rich family. His father was already in the estate business. 2. He kept good terms with his parents. 3. He had a good start i.e. loooooooooooots of money from his parents. 4. He took the experience his father taught him and started investing in real estate. 5. And if he made a mistake, which he did, it didn't matter. He had it covered i.e. his dear old dad! 6. He learnt from his stupid mistakes and made money from real estate and climbed, and worked hard and fast. That's how he got rich and now he's gettingf richer in suckering a lot of people that he's the American dream, poor boy gone rich when in fact, he already came from a wealthy family.

Donald Trump made his wealth on New York real estate, making high gambles and taking out a lot of debt. In reality, despite his networth, he is not an astute businessman nor has he created value for anybody else but himself(an anti-buffett really). But hey he's still rich right? Donald Trump is more of a salesman than a businessman, he is self-publicist and (according to some) an egotist. It seems he makes money by buying random pieces of real estate and branding them with his name, thus selling them at a premium. Though, this has backfired, he went bankrupt twice (most recently, 2004). But if he went bankrupt wouldn't he have to pay back his debts with whatever he had? No not really, he limits his liability through corporations. Then he pays himself enormous amounts of money through his company and then socks it away legally. So basically this is how he got rich in a nutshell... 1. Inherited a load money from his dad, who was in real estate of course 2. Made friends with elite businessmen 3. Used his connections to buy real estate during the high flying (80's) 4. Branded his buildings with the name Trump to help publicize himself 5. Protected his income and assets through various legal entities 6. Went bankrupt 7. Used his negotiating skills and charm to retain certain assets 8. Repeat

trey is right. form his dad is where he learned the art of real estate ( also about construction ). and with his experience and knowledge from school "......." he went out on his own and did something similar but different. and it all really began for him in New York, New York.

For anyone to be that rich, it would take more than just luck...even if the money were to be handed to him it would take a little effort on his part to maintain that wealth. Though anyone with the right entreprenuership qualities could become just as rich. Visit www.ezworkathome.com

He was a prostitute in Whitechapel back in the 1800's I almost ripped him one night but he survived long since i killed myself .He basically just slept with hundreds of thousands of men over the last 120 years,its nothing to go jumping up and down praising him over. If i was a security guard to prostitutes competition i would have been a zillionaire in 1888...as in protect prostitutes who payed for protection... and taken out my true feelings for prostitutes on the ones who were harrassing my clients.......Thats it. Donald Trump became rich by investing real estate. His dad is the one that got him into the whole business idea, but Donald wanted to go farther and do more. He went off on his own and worked hard. He was an excellent student and he also got diciplined @ military school.

hes not as rich as the other billionaires. he only has near 2 billion dollars, while bill gates has 50 and the cofounder of google has near 12-14.. so hes actually not that rich compared to the really rich... steven spielberg is richer then him.. he became rich because he invested smartly and also got lucky....

i think that he inherited his dads money and he worked off his butt .also i think he picked up things from his dad. if you are a person that deals with real esate you are going to make some serious cash .plus he has his own t.v. show so he has a lot of different ways he makes money.

i am not shore probably being smart and all that and maybe by bill gates maybe he did skam him but i think Trey is right as well maybe it was from his dad but if it was wouldn't his dad get the cash not him he did a lot of investing well i'mnot sure as well i am just guessing
