I was driving my 1986 Chrysler Laster Turbo XE a couple of days ago when my power limited light came on.  I immediately proceeded to a auto-mechanic facility, where they first checked out the car and said nothing was wrong.  Then as I started it to leave, the power limited light came on again, after checking it for a second time the mechanic said he thought there may be something wrong with the sensor that regulates air to the gas.  I am wondering if there could be something else wrong with it?  What I need to do to fix it?  and if it is ok to drive it for the time being (I have been driving it to work, and the power limited light comes on and off on occassion)?

I have two 86 Daytonas, a turbo z and a non turbo. My power limited light would come on in the turbo z and it had something to do with the map sensor. My non turbos power limited light comes on  for a while and then goes off but the car don't run any different so i haven't checked it out yet.
