2.0 DOHC Neon Cylinder Head Torque specs and procedure

This is a revised version. Original specs called for a lower initial torque on the four corner bolts.

1 Torque all bolts in sequence to 25 ft-lbs

2 Torque all bolts in sequence to 50 ft-lbs

3 Re torque all bolts in sequence to 50 ft-lbs

4 Tighten all bolts 90°  (1/4 turn)
