if you want to know about graphics programing in c then refer the book "graphics in c",by, yashwant kanetkar and also refer the "help" given in c.

Graphic programming in C will become easy only if u go on practicing it.to clarify your doubts u need to refer lots of books.And through Internet u can surely clarify your doubts

go through any simple book.practice of drawing any 2d pictures.get clear in c concepts.practice more & go through graphics functions individully test it one by one & get concepts how it is working.so u can get little knowledge about graphics programming.
