if the tub is drawing 49 amps a 30 amp circuit will not work you will need a 60 amp gfci breaker and run a #6 copper wire in uf wire if going underground

From a power pole I wish to run 600 feet underground to a 400 amp entrance. I will be running 220 volts and want to know if 500 mcm copper wire is large enough wire?
