for forensics, look here http://www.upress.umn.edu/tests/MPLS%2004/MPLS%2004%20II/Forensic%20MN04.1.pdf.  There's some other articles on the base site as well about other types of uses/interpretations.

Sample questions and scoring algorithms for the MMPI-2 are available at most college or university libraries. The test contains 567 questions that are to be marked True or False.
