I wish to install a light in my hall closet.
The closet is 4x4x8 without any AC outlet.
There is an AC outlet on other side of an  adjoining wall.
Easiest for me would be to plug into this AC outlet and run a wire along baseboard and the closet door to enter the closet and to install the light fixture.
To wire into the AC outlet and bore a hole in the adjoining wall I would have to secure assistance and I do not know how to attach the wires to the AC outlet.
Battery operated light is another option but I doubt if it would give sufficient light.
Any suggestion you may offer will be appreciated.

                Thank you;
