Is it alright to re-stretch an earlobe? I had mine at 0s and then they closed back and now I want to regauge them. Are there any dangers I should know about?

No danger.  My friends have accidentally let there's close, but they just slowly stretch them back. no harm.  also check tribalectic.com.  they are real experts.  they may be able to answer more of your questions.
