My parents are greencard holder since 1996. My father wish to apply for my USA immigration from USA. I am unmarried 26 year old and have B1-B2 Visa until 2008. What is the duration for getting my greencard ? and will I be able to travel to USA to and fro during the period of my immigration application in process ?
