I have a 5 dollar bill with the red writing on it A51468465A and the series is 1963.  Is it worth anything?

Hi..well it depends on condtion with a few folds 2 or 3 and no tears or stains a dealer would sell this note for around $9 or so.With no folds a note that looks like the day it was printed a value of around $18.Not really a rare note as far as collectors see it.
