I'm looking for a program where I can make movies that are a max of 45 minutes long. I'm only 13 so I don't have 300 dollars or more to spend. I just want a program where I can use existing items and design a set or make my own with a drawing program (that would preferably be included). Is there any programs that are like that that aren't too expensive? Thanks
