For practical purposes - none.  The difference reflects the allowable variation in voltage from your power company.  In the same way, a 110 and 120 is the same for practical purposes.  It is actually a broad conspiracy to confuse the public and only those in the know know.

if you put your meter into the outlet you will see about 123 volts so there is no 110v really same goes for 220 it around 243v-245v
