I have a 1993 Plymouth Voyager.  I was driving on the highway and it started sputtering like it was running out of gas.  Pulled into a gas station and found out that my gas gage was right and i had a half a tank.  After filling up, the van kept doing the same thing.  Barely got it home. Since then I'i've a tune up(plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor, o2 sensor and egr valve)  It wasn't until i put on the egr valve that the computer gave me the trouble code 31. I have no idea what this means or where the part is located.  If anybody can help me out it will be much appreciated.
