A man & a woman get married with a Reform Rabbi as the M'sader Kiddushin & afterwards decide that they would like to marry again with an Orthodox, or Conservative Rabbi as the M'sader Kiddushin, is this permissible, or done is done.
Yes, the Ketubah is in order etc.
I know that a Rabbi is not necessary for
the proceedings to take place, but it is
customary.
