When we no longer need this vehicle we live in, I believe it is great to do something with our body, My body will be put up for use by others to give the sick and infirm a better life by using it.

I own a 1991 Hi-Ace van, when that dies it will be used the same as the body I live in will be.
The mother of our children died in 1979 of cancer, If it would have given her a real life, I would have given my everything to her, why ? because she was more to me than I am. I love her still.

I think that families of doners should get some of the money. Their loved ones is helping a person they should have a part in it.

organ donation is a great thing , you not only feel you are helping another good family, but you feel as though part of your family member is living on.

It obviously is a good idea to allow payment for organs because doing so will benefit both the donor (or their family) and the receiver. By increasing the supply and allowing people to make their own choices about what matters to them it makes the world a better place.
