I'm an F1 student finishing two year college during summer semester (not allowed any more time in two-year college). Is it possible to enroll for spring semester at a university and take the fall semester off but stay in the country? I think I'm allowed 2 months after summer semester to stay and 1 month prior the spring semester to come back to the states. Would the INS give me a leeway to stay those couple of months in between? Thanks
