NEED TO PLACE MY 18 MONTH OLD FEMALE SPAYED GERMAN SHEPHERD - CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A GSD RESCUE FACILITY IN THE PORTLAND, OREGON AREA?  I HAVE LOOKED ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND CANNOT FIND ANYTHING.  THANK YOU.
