I am trying to migrate to Australia and I have found it very difficult. I have a lady there that I want to marry, but even she has found the same road blocks that I have. If anyone has any information that can help I would appreciate it. Oh, by the way I live in the USA now. Thank you.

Dear Dave,

How difficult it would be will be on a case by case basis. Is there anything in your case which you believe is causing you this difficulty?

Should you like me to look at your case briefly, you can reach me at this website http://www.dolphinmigration.com.au

The Farmers Wife,
Its is always good to have a job to go to and this can improve your chances, Age and Health are also Important, you should first look at the Australian Visa site and take the Free Points Test, this will give you a starting point to your Application, If you do not pass the Points test, Look at why and what you need to do,I must say the 10th of May is not to far away, but even if you miss out on the chance do not give up, It took me 4 Years to grt there, and now I have a web site to help poeple to do the same, My site will be up and running soon, Keep a look out for it, I wish you well, Christina Moore,

Hi,
I currently live in The Netherlands, but am looking at any possibilities of moving to Melbourne, Australia as soon as next year. Main purpose is to join with a loved one (she is to move there for university studying purposes by February 2004).
My education has taken me as far as the International Baccalaureate, and I am currently following an at-home study of Tourism, while working full-time (Helpdesk, Site Support, IT Security for a Swedish multinational).
Best would be for me to find work in Melbourne, but I can't seem to find the requirements for being accepted into Australia, and the paths I will have to take to get settled. Picking up a is also a possibility theoretically, yet not financially.
Any pointers?

Thanks and regards,
Pat

Hi,

I can understand. The process can be complicated, but there are several approaches. If you don't qualify via one channel, there can be several other channels that you can tap on. For example, in one case, one teacher did not qualify the points requirement when she put "teacher" as occupation. The migration agent examine her applications, and sit with her to find other 'channels'. The result? They re-submit her as "Youth Worker" instead, and she pass the scoring requirement!

So you see, a professional agent can help you STUDY your application and derive the best approach for your applications. From time to time, the Australia may require certain skill set and you need experts who knows exactly what people are needed most at your time of application and how to best optimise your applications.

You can get the same professional study from
nTRUST (http://www.ntrust.com.sg), a registered migration agent based in Singapore.

I want to immigrate to Australia to have more good living, and all the establishments that I have asked for; the were asking me for an advance payment to do it so. But I don n0t have that money to risk with something I do not know its will be superseded or not .

Kindly advice me with the official names of the establishments that you do not need to pay them until you are in Australia and have on the immigration visa.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation,

Fawaz kassoumeh

We may be able to help. There are usually ways of getting you into Australia. The main factors are work history, qualifications and age. It's much trickier if your over 45 unless you can cough up the $$$$ as a retiree.

Check out http://www.thinkingaustralia.com for info or ask our clients on the chatforum http://chatabout.thinkingaustralia.com

You have to be very careful. The example given above by NTRUST is incorrect and this kind of application would fail.

A teacher cannot normally be assessed as another occupation. Under Reg 2.27B of the Australia Migration Act 1958 there are certain occupations, such as teachers, that cannot be assessed as an alternate occupation.

Check the person giving you advice is registered. Clearly the person writing this is not a registered agent is misleading people.
