I have wet bulb temperature, dry bulb
temperature and relative humidity. Can  
I calculate dew point temperature?

Find a PSYCHROMETRIC chart.  The dry bulb temperature lies on the x-axis.  There are curves on the chart for RH from 0-100% for a given temperature.  Plot the dry bulb temperature against R.H..  The wet bulb temperature, dew point temperature, absolute humidity, and enthalpy can then be read directly from the chart.

If I have 100 percent web- and 65 dry bulb how can I calculate the relative humidity.
