How does Jean include a digital signature? What key does Jean use to encrypt the entire message including the digital signature?

You're talking about two different things here.   One is the encryption algorithm, which you use so that nobody but the intended recipient can read your message.  Another entirely different thing is the digital signature, which you include with your message, so that the other person can be sure that you were really the one who wrote the message in the first place.

A digital signature can be included without encryption, and viceversa.  PGP, one of the most popular secure email algorithms, encrypts the digital signature along with the message itself.

I need 2 use sign to my data with algoritem
of hmac
i coudnt find the parameter of the key and the algoritem id to use
