I think i can explain it! Take ur right foot and place it a little off to ur right in front of ur body kinda off ur right shoulder then raise that food on to its heel then take ur left foot and put it a bout a foot away from ur heel on ur right foot then take ur left foot when its in place and put it on its toes.

Now ur ready to do the turn and switch. now that ur feet are in place take ur heel and ur toe at the same time and rotate them till ur left foot is off ur left shoulder then slide ur left foot forward on to ur heel then take ur right foot and just switch to ur toes then rotate back the way u came. then repeat steps all over till u are satisfied

u simply put one foot in front of the other w/ your foot leaning on your toes(back foot).and u put the foot thats in the front on the heel and twist your foot 4rm inside to out (* switch feet when finish)

It's seasy to it is one of my fav party dances it's got a lil bounce in it and it has a lil Reggae flava so personally I like it?

It just means you put your heel down first, continue the movement and end when you lift up the toe

The Heel toe is pretty simple! What you do is put either foot out in front of the other and twist it out on the heel. After you twist it, you are gonna tap your other foots toes. Then you just go wit the flow. It is very simple. After a while of practicing, you will get used to it and be able to get yo step on. Aiight!!

You tap twice with your back foot and you sorta twist your front one at the same time , and then u switch

well its simple you just put your right foot slanted and stand on the tippys of your toe what you do for the left foot is step on the heel and pish off and keep roating alot of pratice and you will get it!

yo yo yo when i go 2 tha sto al i do is spend my dough i went to tha sto bought some chips soda and a kit kat gave tha clerk 2 dollaz and got 35cent back i like ice cream and nutz but i'mouta luk cuz i got pumped in tha butt ouch!

Well its really hard to explain you have to watch sombody to c how 2 do it but i'll try: u step on ur left foot then u turn ur right foot inward toward ur left foot then u turn it out then wen u get the hang of it u can add hops in it but all u do is step heel step like :left foot step right foot turn left foot step and u repeat it over and over again

wow i dont kno but the website above has NOTHING at all to do with the heel toe at least  not what u r thikin of.  my friend tried to teach me. u basically put ur rite foot lyk stand on ur heel or ur toe and for the left do the oppisite... ex left stand on heel. rite stand on top of does then lyk turn ur feet jump and switch.. idk.. TRI that way

heel-toe is not that easy but practice..put ur right foot in the front on ur heels with your toes shifted towards ur left foot then ur left foot in the back on ur toes with ur heel shifted towards ur right foot now move ur toes on ur right foot to the right and as u do that move ur heel thats in the back to ur left try to move them at the same time and move ur right foot as you do it now bring ur right foot back to wear u started and repeat

but your left foot back on its toe and then but your right foot on its heel in front of you and then just do it it the other way around really fast anf twist your foot out and then do it twice on each foot then just keep switching.

you put your feet together and you jump a lil and twist your feet ans soon as they bothe hit the ground,like a crip walk only you do it with your feet closer together.

the heel and to polka you mean?

Okay, you take your partner in the waltz position, and with your right foot, you tap your heel on the ground, next beat, your toe, do this twice. Then you jump to the right four times, then do the same with your left side.

Then clap three times with your left hands, three with your left, three with both, then three on your knees.

Then link arms and for four beats go clockwise, change arms, then go counterclockwise.

then you start all over again.

Beaut dance.

you just pop the left foot first and then drag the right foot across and spin with a 180 twist and kick the left foot and lean with it
