in the tv series record breakers how did they help cheryl baker down from the velcro sticky wall?

They grabbed one leg and put it back on the floor and then grabbed the other leg and put it back on the floor and then grabbed her hands and helped her into the upright position they walked her over the big thick mat and let go of her hands again.
