I am just a foreigner who would like to have a green card like everyone else who work and achieve something in this life. Is it possible for me to get the green card form completed.

hi, i am in fiance' pending application till now. i attended a interview for green card three months ago and i was asked to submit a birhcertificate. i submitted on june 23 2007 but till now no letter or call. could you please let me know what is the next step i should take. thanks,
