My husband and I adopted what we think is a Doberman 8 years ago.  Her ears are not cropped and her tail is not docked.  I have not been able to find any pictures of a natural Doberman tail.  Can anyone tell me what a natural Doberman tail looks like?

All dobermans are born with tails, it's just many breeders dock theirs. A doberman's undocked tail is discribed as 'simular to a hounds' same as their ears.
