I have an 11-month old golden/lab who has enjoyed going for 5 mile runs about 4x/week on park trails for the past 3 months.  Now that it gets dark, we are wondering if it is ok to run her on the street. I'm concerned about her bones forming and i don't want to create any future joint problems. should i be feeding her joint formula as a preventive? thanks!

i fart in my sex for warmth and i smell them every night and day. they put me to sleep and my hunky reeks really bad so smell it.

my dogs always like to be routy really late at night. And they don't like to stop!! I don't want to be mean to them but they do need some discipline. What should I do??
