How old do you have to be to get an industrial and your lip pierced,When you have your parents there w/ you?

i looked around and found a place that would pierce your lip when your 15, as long as a parent/guardian was with you. me and my sister live alone and she said that she would find someone to pierce mine when i was 14. and she did. i guess it depends who you know
