I need to add an outlet to a closet under my stairs.  Directly on the other side of the wall I want the outlet on is an existing outlet.  I would like to tie into this existing outlet for my power source.  Unfortunately it isn't at the end of the run.  How can I link into this?

Thanks,
Glenn

No power outlet is at the end of a run!!!
All outlets are wired as a ring main,
Depending on the loading, you can spur off the ring main, from your information I cannot see it being a problem as long as you make sure that all the wires in the existing outlet are connected when you finish wiring your new outlet.

This answer is horribly truncated. The original poster asked HOW not "is it possible". The answer is comparable to a single word answer like "Yes" (a novice couldn't even Google the answer for more details, it is so brief).
