Who is Proinsias O'Cadhain  From what I can gather from the internet a Proinsias is member of Irish Government and O'Cadhain maybe the surname of that member.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need help with the same topic...school report, has anyone sent out an answer? I have been all over and I am not finding and sufficient results and if I don't answer this question I fail the entire exam!!!

Proinsias is an Irish Christian name (in English = Francis). It has nothing whatsoever to do with being a member of the Irish government, although I have to say I find the idea of "a proinsias" hilarious! I have never heard of Proinsias O'Cadhain
