I suffered from PE pretty bad for a couple years. What worked for me was a technique for male multiple orgasm. I learned to be multi-orgasmic and as a side-effect, no more PE! I believe premature ejaculation is cause by the emotions you have for a person. To prevent it without any artifiacal cream etc. you just have to learn to control your pelvic muscles and not think about sex while having it. I am 15 years old and premature ejaculation has been a problem for me for 2 1/2 just set aside your emotions.
