My Yorkie who is 12-1/2 years old now...had that problem of the ears flopping down, and not standing straight up.  I called my breeder and she recommended taping them which I did - I used masking tape and kept them taped together at the top (tips of the ears) above her head.  It worked.  I'd say she had to be that way for at least a month.  It worked!  They've stood straight ever since.   She looks just great.  Good luck!

I have a 4 month old yorkie, and I am having the same problem!  Her ears don't even look like they are close to standing!   What kind of tape do you use?
