I live in Niceville, FL and there aren't any bans as of yet but it your dog bites a human, he is banned from the city of Niceville and he is deemed a dangerous animal.  If you are fortunate enough to relocate him, if he bites again within 2 years, you, the owner will face felony charges.  Mine bit out of protectiveness and I had to euthenize him, it broke my heart as he was a great dog.  I currently own a 2 1/2 year female and her 14 week old pup.  I pray every day that I don't have to face that incident again as these are the best dogs I have ever owned!!! BTW, if they are picked up as strays by PAWS, no matter how well they are behaved, they are not put up for adoption and immediately euthenized..........what about the other breeds??  Very unfair in my opinion.
